Hares - Rapunzel/Orifice,
7.30 kick off on that rarity this summer,a warm dry night. The hares were well and truly synchronized as crossing the road to the pub to the on-inn Rap had timed it as exactly 1 hour.
Most of the trail was in Temple Newsham park,a,k,a, hoodie central,who took a huge delight in showing hashers the wrong way.
Last time we were at this pub,Andy Murray was in a 5 setter at Wimbledon so we only left at about 11pm. This time we circled up pretty quick and tucked into lots of Thai goodies and butties later,whereupon Magnum treated us to the longest raffle in Yorks hash history.
