From Leeds take M62 West, leave at junction 24 and merge onto A629 to roundabout. Take 4th exit – A629. Follow this road to the end, branch right then bear left following the road round to meet the A62. Follow to Chapel Hill junction and bear right onto the A616 to Holmfirth, Meltham & Sheffield. At Lockwood Bar crossroads continue forward onto Meltham Road – B6108. Go through Netherton to arrive on Huddersfield Road. Follow into Meltham. Go past sign post on left for Durker Roods Hotel, past new house builds on left and take the next left into Carlisle Street – opposite Yorkshire Building Society. Car park 25yds approx on left. Walk back onto Huddersfield Road turn left and the Waggon & Horses is the first pub on the left – approx 25/30yds.
